Rather than implementing and designing new courses, just add further tee boxes to the easier courses to make it more of a challenge.
Also, could make shorter tees for lower tiered players. There are many possibilities here with alternative tees!

Ability to see opponents throws
At it’s most simple perhaps the ability to see the map overview of their flight path or maybe the ability to see the actual replay but only after you have completed that hole so you can’t copy their play in that round.
This could also be a Friendly Only feature, or a feature of only certain modes of play.

Show Selected Disc During Replays
During replays, show a static image of the disc used on that shot in the bottom left corner. That way you wouldn’t have to “remember” which disc it was, and people share a lot of videos of replays but viewers don’t know what disc they’re using.
Add More Discs to Store Rotation
Instead of 8 discs, 18 or 36. At the very least, after the last Bag Slot is bought, discs should start appearing there.
Set (or Game Remembers Last) Preferred Throw (FH/BH)
Player can either set which throw (FH/BH) they prefer as the 1st option for a hole, or the game remembers what the player last used off the tee on that hole and suggests it first.
Ability to Buy More Bag Space w/ Coins
Players would like to carry more discs, even more so now that new discs have been added. Before the bag expansion, many players worried that a bag expansion would be detrimental to the game. However, since the bag expansion, it seems the opposite is true: there’s more diversity in bags and more styles are accommodated for. Most players would easily slot discs up to 20, even if 8 of those slots were mids and putters.
Community Disc Store
Players could offer discs from their collection for however many coins they want in a large “community store” – basically, a DGV Amazon/Ebay.
Players could then search the Community Disc Store by Mold, Color, Stamp, and/or Attribute
Ace Pool / Round Wagers in Friendly Rooms
Ability to wager coins in a friendly room that go to the winner + option to enter an ace pool that gets divided by # of aces during the round and distributed to those players (one player may hit multiple aces & receive multiple “Ace Shares”)
Added Play Formats: Dubs, Skins, Matchplay+more
Best Lie Doubles, Wolf, Do-Run-Run, Skins, Match Play, etc. Could be a Friendlies only option, or could be an MP option or even an AI option.
