15 ft is too far. 10-11 ft (3m) would be great. In real life anything 11ft and in is considered parked for a tap-in on UDisc. In the game, those 3m putts just take up unnecessary time. Also, the only time I’ve missed them is when there’s something obstructing me or the basket is absurdly above/below me. In those cases, I’ve felt cheated out of my park job.
Maybe this could be an achievement that’s earned. L100 maybe?
